Legal Requirements Introduction
Section 18 (2) of the Public Act 94 of 1979, The State School Aid Act, has been amended, which requires each school district and intermediate school district to post certain information on its website within 30 days after a board adopts it annual operating budget or any subsequent revision to that budget. The Annual Budget & Transparency Reporting is an opportunity to communicate our community on how we utilize the resources that are provided to us.

2016 Audit Report
The Academy has no collective bargaining agreements.
The Academy does not offer Health Care Benefits and therefore has not requested bids for Health Care.
Section 4 – Salary and Benefit Description of Superintendent and Employees with Salary Exceeding $100,000
The Academy does not pay its Director at this time and has no employees with a salary that exceeds $100,000 through December 31, 2016.
Section 5 – Annual Amount Spent on Dues paid to Associations
For 2015-16 the Academy paid no dues.
Section 6 – Annual Amount Spent on Lobbying or Lobbying Services
“The Academy spent no funds on Lobbying or Lobbying services since inception to June 30, 2016.”
Section 7 – Approved Deficit Elimination Plan
The District has not incurred a deficit.
Section 8 – District Credit Cards
The District has 1 credit card in the name of Deborah Prentiss  with a limit of $2,000. This is generally used to purchase food for the food service operations and teaching supplies. There is no dollar limit on individual purchases.
Section 9 – District Paid Out-Of State Travel Information
There was no out-of-state travel to report in 2015-16.
